Floyd Mayweather has purchased a waterfront mansion in Miami Beach for $18 million!

The nine-bedroom, 10.5 bathrooms home was sought after by other buyers and listed at a price of $19.9 million after it had an asking price of $21.8 million in 2016. Last year, Mayweather sold his home on Palm Tree Drive for $6.3 million and according to The Real Deal, the market for waterfront homes has increased in value as sellers increased prices along with placing bidding wars. Mayweather’s agent, Tanasha Pettigrew of Galleria International Realty, represented him during the process of purchasing the lavish property.

Mayweather’s latest three-story property purchase includes an indoor movie theatre, gym, dock, pool, game room, and garage space that can hold approximately 10 cars. Additionally, there’s a hot tub, pool, stone deck, and multiple spacious terraces.

The retired boxer and promoter currently own a $26 million home in California and a $10 million mansion in Las Vegas.

The property was first built in 2011 and was previously owned by former Morgan Stanley managing director Candido Viyella and his wife, Anabella.
