Florida Woman Upset Over Tomato Thickness Throws Burger King Whopper & Hurls Racial Slurs
A 77-year old woman was arrested on felony charges for going berzerk at a Burgey King
The whole debacle was apparently over the thickness of a tomato slice, which led her to hurl the whopper while screaming racial slurs.
Police arrested Judith Ann Black after she threw a whopper at a Burger King worker while calling the victim a “stupid Black (expletive).”
The co-worker “stated that Mrs. Black said, ‘F*** you, black n*****’ and before leaving, stated ‘black n*****’ again.”

Newsweek reports that Police say Black admitted to throwing the patty and was subsequently placed under arrest. She has been charged with a battery. The incident would usually be classified as a misdemeanor, however, because she hurled racial slurs, it will now be a felony.
She was released on $2,500 bond early Saturday.
