A Florida woman has been arrested after allegedly urinating on furniture inside two Airbnb rental properties and causing thousands of dollars in damage. According to WFLA, the owner of an Airbnb in Escambia County filed a criminal complaint against 31-year-old Nicolette Keough.

The complaint was reportedly filed after the property owner received a message through the Airbnb app stating that Keough had urinated on multiple items inside the unit.

Alleged Video Discovered Online

The owner reportedly discovered a video on an adult content website that allegedly showed Keough urinating throughout the rental property and damaging furniture. After reviewing the property, the owner documented a strong urine odor and visible damage.

According to the report, several items required replacement, including an electric fireplace and an antique Crown Royal chair

The estimated cost of the damages in the first unit totaled approximately $3,980.

Second Airbnb Also Damaged

Authorities say a second police report revealed that Keough allegedly damaged another Airbnb owned by the same individual.

In that unit, she was accused of urinating on additional furniture and property.

The damages for the second rental reportedly totaled $1,375.

Combined, the alleged damage exceeds $5,000.

Charges Filed

Keough was arrested and charged with property damage and criminal mischief.

Authorities have not released further details about potential additional charges or court dates.
