It is reported that the exotic dancer, identified as 34-year-old Yannelin Rivera-Bosaw, was one of several women who had performed lap dances for an unnamed male patron inside of the private VIP room at Playmates last Friday (June 16). The club’s website says it’s “the best strip club in Coral Gables,” which sits about 7 miles outside of central Miami.

Miami-Dade Police officers said that the male victim was told that his dances and drinks were “on the house,” as a plethora of women approached him with sultry dances and back-to-back shots of tequila. Apparently, the man became so intoxicated with liquor that he couldn’t even stand.

While Rivera-Bosaw’s coworkers kept their mark’s attention on their gyrating bodies and bottles of tequila, she worked on lifting his cellphone and wallet from him. Police said when the man was eventually able to gain his balance to leave, it was about 4 a.m.

At some point after, he realized that he couldn’t find his missing items. So, he immediately went to check his accounts and that’s when he learned that there were six unauthorized PayPal withdrawals to an unknown account. He also discovered several charges on his credit cards with Wells Fargo, Chase and American Express. In total, the damage done to his cards in just a matter of hours amounted to $62,345.

After sobering up and getting himself together, the victim realized that Rivera-Bosaw had put her phone number into his cell so that she could process payments to herself. After connecting the dots, he called police to report the incident.

After the stripper was busted for stealing, she was arrested and hit with several fraud charges, like committing an organized scheme to defraud, fraudulent use of a credit card for $100 or more, and grand theft. When Police detectives investigators interviewed her, she told them that she initiated the transactions, but insisted that the man authorized them himself.

During their investigation, detectives soon found text messages that she sent to her husband and a friend, where she was complaining about the victim canceling one of her PayPal transfers.

Police also found more evidence on Rivera-Bosaw’s phone, which revealed that she was selling illegal growth hormone and steroids to clients in her club. So, she also faces charges for selling narcotics without prescription.
