Fivio Foreign Arrested After Alleged Foot Chase With Police, Gun Without Serial Number Found
New York rapper Fivio Foreign has been arrested and charged after allegedly taking police in Fort Lee, New Jersey on a foot chase and leaving them to find a gun without a serial number.
The incident took place as the Fivio entered a Citibank on Wednesday (Apr. 21) around 7:30pm. Reportedly, he left his Mercedes-Benz running in a no-parking zone, causing police to approach him and ask for his driver’s license. Instead of complying, the rapper asked if he was getting a ticket and disregarded the officers’ ask.

It’s reported that Fivio began to walk away, leaving one officer to pursue him and another remaining with his vehicle. The officer pursuing Fivio says he ran into an apartment building and found him in a parking garage. During the arrest, a loaded .25-caliber handgun dropped from Fivio’s waistband. After additional officers arrived, they transported the rapper to Bergen County Jail in Hackensack, where he’s been charged with weapons possession, having a defaced firearm and resisting arrest.
