Five Of ‘Junior’ Guzman-Feliz’s Attackers Given Life Sentences

The five men responsible for the horrific attack on 15-year-old Lesandro “Junior” Guzman-Feliz were sentenced to life in prison on Friday.

Per the NY POST, Jonaiki Martinez Estrella, 25, was the first to be given his life sentence without parole by Judge Robert Neary.

Co-defendants Antonio Rodriguez Hernandez Santiago, 25, Jose Muniz, 23, and Elvin Garcia, 25, were given 25 to life.

19-year-old Manuel Rivera, was given a 23 years to life in prison.

As we reported, back in June, before the anniversary of the slaying, the five gang members were convicted on charges of first-degree murder, second-degree murder, second-degree conspiracy and second-degree gang assault.

As we initially reported, 15-year-old Lesandro “Junior” Guzman-Feliz was savagely stabbed to death with a machete and knives at a Bronx bodega back in June of 2018. Police believed his slaying was due to a case of mistaken identity.

The eight remaining defendants are still waiting for trial.
