The good news comes after the big college admission scandal last year. As we previously reported, Huffman didn’t believe her oldest daughter had what it took to get into her first-choice college, so on her behalf, she paid $15,000 to have her SAT answers covertly corrected, Page Six reports. Huffman later served 11 days in jail for the big college scheme.

Despite her mother’s doubts, it looks like she proved her wrong. A source told the news outlet that her 19-year-old retook her SAT — and that she’s been accepted to prestigious Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.

Sophie, who’s also an actress took to social media and posted the school’s logo along with two smiley heart emojis in celebration. She also added “CMU Drama ’24” to her bio.

Meanwhile, Huffman and William H. Macy’s 18-year-old daughter Georgia is set to attend Vassar later in the fall.

Felicity has not publicly commented on her daughter Sophia Macy’s latest accomplishment. Until then, let us know your thoughts on this story by uploading a video through our Yappa comment box below!
