According to the doc obtained by multiple news sites, federal prosecutors made the big reveal Thursday in their response to Lori and Mossimo’s motion to dismiss the case. In the pics, Olivia Jade and her sister, Bella, are seen on ERG machines. Although Prosecutors blurred their faces in the pics, the documents make it clear it’s them.

Aside from the pics, doc state that college admissions scam leader Rick Singer allegedly told Loughlin: “It would probably help to get a picture with her on an ERG in workout clothes like a real athlete too.” Loughlin reportedly replied to Singer at the time: “Fantastic. Will get all.” Prosecutors say those images were sent to Singer by Mossimo Giannulli after the request on Sept. 7, 2016.

It was said that after their daughter Isabella got into the university, Mossimo reportedly contacted his financial adviser and said, “Good news my [older] daughter is in [U]SC bad [news] is I had to work the system,” he reportedly said at the time. Following that year, Olivia’s rowing photos were sent to the university.

Not only did prosecutors note that neither girl ever participated in the sport, but both Loughlin and Mossimo were eventually accused of paying $500,000 in bribes to have their daughters admitted into USC as rowing recruits.
