A Zimbabwean man says he’s ready to marry his 17th wife and will continue to reach his goal of 1,000 children as a part of his polygamy project.

66-year-old Misheck Nyandoro started the “project” in 1983 and says he has no intentions of stopping as he prepares to marry his 17th wife. The father of 151 also continues to see his other 16 wives and says he calls making them happy a full-time job. He sleeps with four of his wives every night and created a schedule to spend time with each of them but he wants to marry younger women since his older wives are complaining about having too much sex.
I go to the bedrooms that I have on my schedule. I then satisfy my wife and move onto the next room. I alter my behavior in the bedroom to suit the age of each of my wives. I don’t act the same with the young ones as I do with the older ones.’

He also states that finances are not an issue for him since his children and stepchildren always provide him with gifts and cash. Nyandoro added that his wives cook food for him every day and he teaches them lessons about making delicious food and will throw it away if it doesn’t meet his standards.
