A Texas father was arrested after he pulled out a pocket knife and threatened his daughter’s bullies.

Thomas Brown was arrested Thursday for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after threatening a girl who allegedly bullied his daughter. According to Insider, Brown explained to police that his daughter has been the victim of bullying and contacted him after she was chased by a group of girls.
He met his daughter at the high school in Wichita Falls and threatened to slit the girls’ throats if they continued to bully his daughter. One of the girls exclaimed that Brown wouldn’t be able to do that but he pulled out a pocket knife and held it several inches away from her neck.

“The victim said as Brown put the knife up to her neck, she pushed his arm away with her hand, as well as put her knee up in between them in order to separate herself from him. The victim told me that she feared for her life during the incident and that she believed Brown was going to slit her throat,” an arrest affidavit reads.
Brown also told police that he spoke to school officials regarding the bullying but took matters into his own hands. He also reenacted the incident and said he knew was “probably going to jail.”
