Fashion Designer Marc Jacobs Reveals He Got A Facelift
Snatched all 2021! Fashion Designer Marc Jacobs is opening up about going under the knife!
The 58-year-old recently took to Instagram and revealed that he had a facelift done by Dr. Andrew Jacono on Tuesday. He shared the news with a post-surgery selfie which showed his head wrapped in bandages and a blue surgical mask covering his face. He captioned the post: “Yesterday,” adding the hashtags, “#f*ckgravity” and “#livelovelift.”

Fans and celebrity friends took to his comment section to share supportive comments, with many praising him for being transparent about his life. Celebrity stylist June Ambrose commented: “The transparency is everything! Snatch it darlinggggg! Happy healing,” actress Demi Mazer said: “Congrats,” and TV star Michelle Visage saying: “Good for YOU.”
As the Daily Mail notes, Marc has previously discussed how changing his diet and exercising really transformed his body and his confidence:
“I Had 21 percent body fat. I was in and out of the hospital because I had flare-ups of ulcerative colitis. I’d be in the office for 16 hours a day, six of which were in the bathroom because I was so ill.” He went on to explain, “So I went to a nutritionist named Lindsey Duncan, and he said, ‘If you are 100 percent compliant with what I tell you to do, you will be in better shape than you’ve ever been in, and you will not have to have your colon removed.’ I said, “Okay, sign me up,” The Daily Mail quotes.
