Looks like a few folks were upset with Ciara for the dress she wore to the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty but her fans wasn’t having it!
As we previously reported, the “1-2 step” singer and her husband Russell Wilson took the red carpet and had folks on Twitter in a frenzy. One person made a tweet that quickly went viral saying, “I‘m sure I’ll get hate for my opinion, but MY personal feelings are this was unnecessary and honesty tacky,” the tweet said. “I always looked at Ciara as better then this. You have kids, and young women look up to you. It’s not a good example. I believe somethings just don’t need to be out in the public eye.” Another user also chimed in on the conversation saying, “I’m disappointed in Ciara’s Oscars look…. What are you representing? You have a whole husband, put some more clothes on!! She is just very confusing to me.”
Ciara’s fans quickly jumped on the trolls who had a lot to say about the singer. One Twitter user responded to the viral debate saying, “A bunch of unmarried pick me’s on the clock app talking about how Ciara’s dress wasn’t becoming of a wife…as she stands next to her whole husband.” Fans also pointed out the fact that celebrities dress like that at big events all the time.

Well, it seems Russell and Ciara haven’t been paying attention to the haters and just continuing to do them. The couple also popped out on March 9th for the Hollywood Beauty Awards and wore matching brown outfits.
