Family Of 6-Year-Old Boy Shot Outside Neighbors’ Home Suing For $4 Million

The family of a 6-year-old boy who was shot outside of his neighbor’s home while trying to retrieve his bike wants justice for their son!

Arnold Daniel, the father of Coby Daniel, says his son is still in pain and shock following the shooting that was caught on camera. Arnold said his little boy will need to get professional help in the form of trauma counseling as well as psychiatric and psychological counseling over the incident. On top of that, the family is preparing to deal with hefty medical bills for their son’s recovery.

As we previously reported, their neighbor Ryan Le-Nguyen was arrested after shooting the young boy in the arm and chasing him around with a sledgehammer. Coby’s dad says the neighbors, Nguyen and Michael Inhmathong, should be liable for the damage because they knew children in the neighborhood played near their yard and had a duty to keep it safe for them, TMZ notes. He further claims Le-Nguyen had shown “aggressive behavior” toward the kids numerous times before.
