Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg Blow-Dries Armpits Before Speeches
While we all have unusual habits, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg appears to have one of his own, which includes him blow-drying his armpits ahead of his public speeches.
In his upcoming book, ‘Facebook: The Inside Story,’ Wired’s Steven Levy recalls a moment when Zuckerberg paid an unnamed FB communications executive to take a hair dryer to his sweaty underarms.

The event dates back to 2010, when the FB CEO sweated profusely “under pressure” during an on-stage interview with tech journalist Kara Swisher.
Responding to the news, a FB spokesperson told Business Insider, “I doubt this is true and if so it would have been at our communications team’s request, but surely anyone who has ever worn a gray T-shirt can relate.”
Take a look below for an excerpt from the book, posted via Bloomberg’s Sarah Frier.

Additionally, the book’s publisher, Penguin Random House, says it’s the product of “unprecedented access” to the Facebook CEO and COO, Sheryl Sandberg; this in addition to hundreds of interviews of current and former Facebook employees.
The book is set for release on Tuesday, February 25.
