If you’re a Blueface fan, then you’re definitely not going to be here for this update. The rapper, who has been in jail since January for an alleged probation violation, learned his fate on Friday morning.
During his hearing, he was sentenced to 4 years in prison. However, a close source indicated that he may not serve the full term, as he has been credited for some days already. The source added, “He’ll be home in 10 months.”
As previously reported, Blueface was taken into custody during a court hearing on January 12 for violating his probation. This violation was linked to the assault of a security guard at a club in San Fernando Valley, California, in 2021. Following the verdict, Blueface’s parents, Karlissa Saffold and Jonathan Michael, quickly took to social media to update his fans and share how they plan to stay positive for their son.
Karlissa took to her Instagram to say, “I want to thank everybody for all the love and all the support today. I don’t want y’all to think that God didn’t show up today because he did. And if you were in the court room, you heard Jonathan take accountability, you heard Jonathan sound like Jonathan. He’s in his right frame of mind. We didn’t get the verdict that we wanted to today, but we got some closure, we got some new beginnings, and we are all hopeful.”

Meanwhile, his father didn’t take the news that lightly. In an emotional video posted to his Instagram, Jonathan Sr. let out a big scream, while telling the rapper’s fans that Blue received a 4 year prison sentence.
