Dwight Howard Sued By 2 Women He Hired To Care For His Giant Snake
Dwight Howard is currently being sued by 2 women whom he hired to care for his giant snake — his 200-pound boa constrictor that is. In their suit, the women, identified as Armic Nabaa and Kamisha Shelman, claim the NBA baller never paid them. They are seeking $50,000, plus other fees and damages.
The women say Howard hired them both back in December 2018 in order to provide personal management services. The ladies claim, initially, they presumed they’d be overseeing the baller’s business affair and administrative duties; however, as time went on, they say Howard delegated more responsibilities. Such responsibilities like having them replace his fired groundskeeper, butler and maid — employees who oversaw and maintained his 35,000 square foot home.

Of their new duties, the women were in charge of caring for Howard’s exotic snake collection, which they say is “comprised of a number of large snakes” including one named Cleopatra, who is “a constrictor that can grow to a final length of 25 feet and over 200 pounds.” After caring for Howard’s snakes, the woman claim Howard suddenly fired them without warning in January 2020, still owing them a good chunk of money for their services already rendered.
Additionally, Nabaa says she helped “revive” Howard’s NBA career while using her “network and contacts to connect Mr. Howard with individuals that resulted in his lucrative and unexpected contract with the Los Angeles Lakers.” Supporting, she says the baller even thanked her and gave her partial credit for assisting in securing the deal during a national TV interview. Both women are demanding at least $50,000 in unpaid wages, plus other fees and damages.
