On October 12, it was first revealed that 32-year-old Druski, born Drew Desbordes, would be hosting SNL. During the announcement, we learned Druski’s debut would also mark history being made at SNL. On Saturday (November 7), he officially solidified the historic moment after appearing on Saturday Night Live as the first digital content creator. While making history last night, Druski’s debut SNL episode starred some big names. During the send-off, legendary comedians Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock came out to surprise and congratulate the internet personality on his historic SNL debut.
Joining the three comics to help support Druski’s milestone moment were Michael B. Jordan, Emma Stone, Austin Butler, Walton Goggins, and even Texas Senator-elect James Talarico — who also participated earlier in the episode.
Before wrapping the show, Druski gave the comedy veterans a shoutout as they dapped each other up. Now, during the episode, Druski appeared in a number of skits and sketches. And before those, he shared his opening monologue. Where he joked about being told “no cussing” and “no whiteface.”
