On Wednesday, Drake hopped on Instagram Live to tease some unreleased music from a collab with rapper Future. During his little session, Drake played a track which some folks found to be disrespectful towards Kylie Jenner.

In the song, the duo raps about all the hot ladies they can get. The Toronto rapper spits: “Yeah, I’m a hater to society / Real sh*t, Kylie Jenner that’s a side piece / Yeah, I got 20 motherf***in’ Kylies.” The track also shouts out Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid, as well: “Yeah, I got 20 damn Kendalls / Young slim baddies and they in vogue / Yeah, I got 20 f***in’ Gigis.”

Following a wave of criticism on social media, Drake decided to speak out to set the record starlight. Drizzy took to his Instagram story Thursday morning to say,
“A song that mark ran last night on night owl sound live set shouldn’t have been played. It’s a song that leaked 3 years ago and got scrapped shortly after. He was just going too deep in the drake/future catalog. Last thing I’d want to do is wake up having any friends of mine feeling disrespected so I just had to say that to start the day.”

The two were rumored to be dating a couple of months ago, but sources close to the two made it clear that they are just “friends.”
Kylie has yet to speak out on Drake’s old song. Until then, let us know your thoughts on this in the comment box below!
