Dr. Dre’s Alleged Mistress Crystal Refuses To Comply With Estranged Wife’s Divorce Subpoena

Dr. Dre‘s alleged mistress Crystal Sierra (aka Crystal Rodgers) is refusing to comply his estranged wife’s divorce subpoena, which includes her answering questions about an alleged affair.

Per documents obtained by The Blast, Sierra filed a motion to dismiss the September-11-served subpoena fired off by the mogul’s estranged wife Nicole Young. Sierra argues that the information being asked of her is “irrelevant to the matter in dispute and are not reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence.” In her motion, Sierra also shades Young, recalling her already denied attempts “at obtaining one-million and five-hundred thousand dollars for security and other expenses, as well as five-million in attorney’s fees.”

In addition, Sierra says the Youngs are fighting over the validity of their prenuptial agreement, which her motion says she has no information about that would help with the battle. As we previously reported, Young sent off subpoenas to three women — Jillian Speer, Kili Anderson, and Crystal — all whom she allegedly believes had affairs with her estranged mogul hubby during their 24-year marriage.

A judge has yet to rule on this matter, however, we will continue to update as new information surfaces.
