The documents state that the couple was both listed on the business to be apart of “maintenance and control” of the assets. According to the documents, Nicole was entrusted with the authority to withdraw checks and transfer funds for the business. Now, according to the suit, they are claiming Mrs. Young wiped the bank account and withdrew $353,571.85.

Now the lawsuit has been filed against Young stating she breached her guardian duties by “embezzling and stealing money from (the company’s) bank account, and using the money for her own, personal obligations.”
