Dr. Bernice King has seemingly responded to Jonathan Majors for comparing his girlfriend, Meagan Good to her mother.

In a recent interview that aired Monday, Jonathan Majors sat down with ABC News for his first interview since his guilty verdict and spoke about how shocked he was from the outcome. As we all know, Majors was found guilty of harassing and assaulting his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari. During that trial some voicemails were revealed where he told his ex Grace that he needs her to be more like Coretta Scott King and Michelle Obama.

According to Majors, he’s come close in current girlfriend Meagan Good, comparing her to Scott King during part two of the sit-down. “Everything has kinda gone away. And it’s just me now, you know, and my lovely, you know, partner, Meagan [Good] and my dogs. She’s an angel. She’s held me down like a Coretta” Major, 34, said with a smile. “I’m so blessed to have her. The relationship is still fresh, but I think I’ve found her.”

Majors had a lot of mixed reviews after his recent comments and after two of all of the backlash on social media, Bernice King shared a message to her X account and told Majors to put some respect on her mothers name.
