In a surprising turn of events, a Florida judge has reportedly decided to toss the judgment against FTN Bae by vacating the ruling which would have set her back by $11 million in the defamation lawsuit filed by her ex, Doodie Lo. As previously reported, the “Other Side” rapper won the case after telling the court his character had been tarnished by the false claims made by FTN Bae had made about him allegedly sexually abusing her five-year-old son.

Doodie Lo ended up winning a reported $11 million judgment due to FTN Bae, whose real name is Britney Elder, failing to show up in court. It was later revealed, however, that she was arrested and charged with perjury as she tried entering the courtroom on the day of the trial, telling All Hip Hop that she’d been set up by her ex-boyfriend and his legal team to stop her from testifying in the case in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. By the time FTN Bae had been released from jail, a judge had already ruled against her and awarded Doodie Lo $11 million.

The ruling was vacated on Wednesday, per the aforementioned publication. Doodie Lo has not commented on the decision but has continued to maintain his innocence throughout. In a post shared on Instagram after his win last month, he told his fans, “My ultimate goal is to spread awareness to those innocent of false accusations, especially innocent men who have been accused of sexual assault. This issue further highlights the dark side of #MeToo: What happens when men are falsely accused?”

On October 27, 2021, FTN Bae hopped onto Instagram to make an accusation against Doodie Lo. She alleged that the rapper had subjected her son to sexual harassment, including the intentional insertion of “3 screws” into his anus, resulting in serious injury to the boy’s bowels.

In his recent interview with Hot97, Doodie Lo continued to elaborate on the severity of the situation, saying, “Yeah, what people aren’t talking about is all the others she accused of assaulting her son. She called the police on me, her child’s step-grandfather, a football coach, a music producer, a random guy during her child’s recess period, a neighbor, and someone else at [a] football practice.

“All this is public records. It doesn’t add up clearly. The neighbor and the football director called the police on her first and that’s why she had outstanding warrants for perjury. I think she really [needs] help and has a mental illness because I don’t understand why [she’s] tryna ruin [people’s] lives. I don’t think this has anything to do with any of us. I think she has a serious mental illness and we just crossed paths with her at the wrong time.

“We were used for her to get attention. I don’t know, some people will do whatever to go viral even if it’s evil behind it.”
