Donald Trump’s Hidden Kim Jong-Un ‘Love Letters’ & Presidential Documents Seized at Mar-A-Lago

Former President Donald Trump reportedly mishandled some major presidential documents that the White House is required to keep safe for preservation.

According to The Washington Post, Trump would burn and shred important White House documents and he even hoarded some special letters at Mar A Lago!

There were “multiple boxes” that had to be taken away from Trump’s Palm Beach resort during a visit in January, which reportedly contained numerous documents that should have been given to the National Archives under the Presidential Records Act, and it included letters that Trump previously described as “love letters” from Jong-Un and the letter Obama left for Trump in 2017.

“Destroying [White House documents] could be a crime under several statutes that make it a crime to destroy government property if that was the intent of the defendant,” Stephen Gillers, a constitutional law professor at New York University, said to the Post. “A president does not own the records generated by his own administration. The definition of presidential records is broad. Trump’s own notes to himself could qualify and destroying them could be the criminal destruction of government property.”

Trump’s reasoning for keeping the files is so he can avoid scrutiny.
