Vance, continued to spew the hateful rhetoric, causing death threats and chaos in the city. Just two days after Trump’s false allegations, the City Hall in Springfield had to evacuate the area and shut down services because of a bomb threat.

The Republican nominee was at a private fundraiser in Texas when he did an interview with Ali Bradley of NewsNation about the 32,000 Haitian migrants that had been relocated to a community of 52,000 residents.

Trump said, “What’s happening there is horrible … You have to remove the people. You cannot destroy our country … It has nothing to do with Haiti or anything else. It doesn’t work. You have to remove the people, and you have to bring them back to their own country. In my opinion, it’s not legal. Springfield is such a beautiful place. Have you seen what’s happened to it? It’s been overrun. You can’t do that to people. They have to be removed.”

When asked if he would revoke the Haitian migrants’ Temporary Protected Status if re-elected, he said, “Absolutely, I would revoke and I’d bring them back to their country.”
