Donald Trump Reveals Who Hurt His Feeling The Most At The DNC — “The Nastiest Speaker”

Welp, in a classic case of “if you can’t stand the heat, stay out of the political kitchen,” Donald Trump is firing up his social media engines to respond to the verbal onslaught he endured at the Democratic National Convention following Day 1 and Day 2.

In case you missed, yesterday was a night filled with fiery rhetoric and jabs aimed squarely at the former president, and let’s just say, tuning in for both days might not have been the best idea for his blood pressure… The lineup included heavyweights like the Obamas and President Jimmy Carter’s grandson. However, it was the first night that really grinded Trump’s gears. On Monday, New York Governor Kathy Hochul took it upon herself to deliver a particularly sharp critique. Apparently Hochul’s words struck a nerve with Trump, who has seen his fair share of criticism over the years but apparently found her remarks particularly stinging.

She said the GOP nominee was “born a New Yorker, but ended up a fraud, a philanderer, and a felon.” She added, “He wasn’t raised with the New York values that I know. He never had to worry about childcare costs or groceries, or rent.” He never had to worry about anything — or anyone — but himself.”

In a spirited post on Truth Social, Trump lamented that Hochul, “the very unpopular Governor of New York,” was the “nastiest speaker” so far. The burn of her critique? She labeled him a “fraud.” Now, while this isn’t exactly breaking news in the Trump playbook, it seems he was less than thrilled to hear it from her.

Now here’s what he had to say:

“Kathy Hochul, the very unpopular Governor of New York, was the nastiest speaker on Monday evening (at the Democrat National Convention) as it pertains to your favorite President, me. Her total hatred, and statements made about me, had no bounds. I was amazed for two reasons: Number one, I did a GREAT job in New York, employed thousands of people, built some of the most beautiful and successful buildings, and paid billions of dollars in taxes. Number two is that, on the very distinct possibility I will win the Presidency, wouldn’t it be better for the people of New York State to have a Governor who got along with the President? Adversarial relationships are not good in politics! Unfairly, I am before a very biased and hateful New York Judicial System that is appointed and largely controlled by the Governor. With the vitriol displayed by her on Monday night, it is no wonder that the Judges have treated me so badly. The whole system is RIGGED, and companies are leaving because of it!!!”

And just like that, Trump added another chapter to his ongoing saga of political drama. As the 2024 Democratic National Convention in Chicago rolls into its third day, one can only imagine how many more verbal fireworks will be set off.
