During an interview with right-wing radio host Wayne Allyn Root, the host gave Trump the idea to run for Congress in next year’s midterms instead of waiting until 2024 to run for president again. Root added that if Trump becomes House speaker, he can ‘lead the impeachment of Biden and start criminal investigations against Biden.’ Trump said in response that the idea was interesting and his supporters also suggested the idea of running for Congress.
