Do You Agree? Eminem Calls Kendrick Lamar One Of The ‘Top Tier Lyricists’ Of All Time

Ahead of Eminem’s big performance for Super Bowl LVI this Sunday, the rap star chopped it up Sway Calloway on SiriusXM’s Shade 45 where he briefly talked about Kendrick Lamar, who will also be hitting the stage for the major event.

During their conversation, Em called Kendrick the “top tier lyricist” and said that he thinks Kendrick is one of the best to do it not only among his “generation but of all time.”

Speaking more about the big day, Eminem who is also signed to Dr. Dre’s Aftermath Entertainment with Kendrick admitted that he’s nervous for Sunday: “It’s f****ing nerve-racking. This is like to me, there’s nothing more final than live TV. You know what I’m saying? So, if you f*** up, your F*** up is there forever.” In addition to Em and Kendrick, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Mary J. Blige will also perform on Feb. 13 at the Pepsi Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show.

Kickoff between the Cincinnati Bengals vs. Los Angeles Rams is scheduled for Sunday, February 13 at 3:30 p.m. PT/6:30 p.m. ET. The National anthem will be performed by country singer Mickey Guyton. “America the Beautiful” will be played by Jhené Aiko.
