DMX Reportedly In ‘Grave Condition’ Following Drug Overdose
Family and friends are sending prayers to DMX right now as it’s been revealed that he was rushed to the hospital on Friday following a drug overdose.
TMZ is reporting that the rap star overdosed in his home at around 11 PM, and it triggered a heart attack. Sources say he was taken to a hospital in White Plains, New York, and is in the critical care unit.
One source tells the news site that he has “some brain activity” while another says he’s in a “vegetative state.”
DMX, who was the cornerstone of the Ruff Ryders label, has battled substance abuse many times in the past. His last rehab stint back in 2019 came after he completed a 12-month sentence for tax evasion. As this story develops, let’s take this time to send prayers to DMX and his family right now.
