As we previously reported, a viral video showed Gunplay going off on this Dj for playing 50 cent’s music while in the strip club. The rapper released a statement saying he felt disrespected and tried. Ultimately Gunplay did apologize for the way he acted.

In his statement Gunplay explained his side of the situation in full detail saying, My wife threw me a birthday party surprising me with my brother Rick Ross & MMG family.” He said. After the celebration they decided to continue partying and went to G5Miami and Gunplay says everything was cool at first and then he explained why things went left. “Dj Juice started to shout me out for my birthday and started to play ‘Many Men’ by 50 cent. At this point I just vibed out and let it play.”

He continued, “Dj Juice decided to shout my name out once more and play ‘I Smell A P*ssy’ by 50 Cent. At this point I felt disrespected and tried. How I reacted is clear In the video I never once intentionally pushed my wife or wanted to cause harm. The clip that went viral was the end of the altercation. I didn’t know who was touching me and wanted them off.”

“G5 Miami owner Rick Taylor has not only extended an apology. Dj Juice was fired and not paid for the set. I apologize to the innocent bystanders who were threatened in my moment of rage. I love my wife and my fans,” he concluded.

Gunplay previously spoke about his feud with 50 Cent and how they allegedly got into a fight at the 2012 BET Awards on ESPN’s Highly Questionable back in 2015. “All I know is I got off. I don’t know who he was hiding behind,” he remarked. “I got off, I don’t care what happened to me after that, but I got off… Everybody know that. My veins don’t pump no cool aid jack… I seen 50 Cent, and I took off on him. I turned myself in 6 days later without a scratch on my face.”
