The video was released by the department last week where it shows Baton Rouge resident Kelly Sills,47, complaining about the theme park’s new policies on February 13. Sills was confronted by deputies at Disney’s Saratoga Springs after he failed to perform a temperature check and shouted that he paid $15k for the family vacation then refused to leave the park. “You can’t trespass me for paying $15,000. If I take $15,000 from you, I can’t kick you out … Bring me to jail for 15 grand, I’m fine … in front of my kids, too, at Disney World,” he exclaimed.
As he was being escorted by authorities, Sills reportedly regretted his outburst and decided to get a temperature check. He asked one of the park employees: “Will you take my temperature before you kick me out, please?” but was told by a deputy that he can get a temperature check in jail.

Sills has pleaded not guilty to a trespassing charge and claims he would’ve consented with no issue after he realized he entered the park through an exit during the five-day trip with his family. He is also banned from all Disney parks and also blamed a security guard for the incident.
