The lawsuit filed by Amanda Brown claims that Fischer was sending nudes and sexual photos of her to several people which included his mother. Brown says she’s dated Fischer from 2019-2020 and added that the relationship was rough due to Fischer’s alleged “dangerous tendency to abuse alcohol.Additionally, the couple had issues on who would own their dog and a vehicle.

She claims Fischer threatened her on text message that he was going to release explicit images to Porn Hub. One of the alleged messages reads, I just sent your nudes out to everyone … I’m going to make sure any sex pics, bad pics are sent to your employer … then I’ll sue you for [the dog] … do you want to see what war is like … I’m about to show you.”

However, Fischer says the claims are false and he believes his ex has filed the lawsuit in order to receive money from him. “This inflammatory lawsuit brought forth by Ms. Brown is nothing more than an attempt to extort Mr. Fischer after he ended their relationship. It is unfortunate that she has stooped to the level of attacking my client through an outlandish lawsuit, covering up her illegal actions,” his attorney said in a statement to TMZ
