Diplo Suing Ex-Fling Over Alleged Stalking & Revenge Porn
It’s reported that Diplo, real name Thomas Wesley Pentz, is suing his ex-fling, Marchel “Shelly” Gabrielle Auguste, over her alleged harassment, stalking, trespassing and revenge porn. In his suit, the famous DJ claims Auguste is a “relentless and unstable fan who manipulated herself into” his life years ago, and won’t take no for an answer after he allegedly declined to further their brief consensual relationship in 2019.
Diplo claims the alleged crazed fan has taken extreme and dangerous steps to harass him, like reportedly creating fake social media accounts to flood his, his family and close friends’ inboxes with 44-plus sexually suggestive messages, photos, videos and more. In December 2020, Diplo filed a restraining order against Auguste, and at one point she filed one too, but it they later settled each privately, reportedly. In addition to her social media attacks, Diplo claims Auguste popped up unannounced to his house, which forced him to fearfully give up his home last month.

Allegedly, the harassment extended to Diplo’s Black baby mama, as he claims Auguste sent racist and disturbing messages to her earlier this month that read: “ugly dark skin b*tch” and “go kill yourself. I know I see right through you, you’re not gorgeous.” Responding to the suit, Auguste reportedly says she never sent these messages and that Diplo’s lawsuit is his way of one upping her after she filed a restraining order against him. She also reportedly says their relationship wasn’t brief, but that they’d been talking since 2014 and she has the texts to prove it all. She affirms, “The truth will prevail.”
