Diddy’s former personal chef Jourdan Cha’Taun Atkinson — who claims to have witnessed his alleged abuse against Cassie — reveals she wrote a letter to the judge in his federal sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy (RICO) case, asking for the mogul to be denied bail as she “fears for her safety.”
As we previously shared, on Wednesday (July 2), a jury found Sean “Diddy” Combs not guilty of the sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy (RICO) charges in his federal case. Instead, the jury, following intense deliberations, found him guilty on two lesser counts involving the transportation of former girlfriends, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura and Jane Doe, for prostitution.
Hours following the verdict, Diddy’s former personal chef took to her Instagram account with several videos and receipts as she condemned the “grave miscarriage of justice” that is the mogul’s acquittal. She called herself a “minor victim” of Diddy and “witness” of his alleged abuse against Cassie.
Atkinson also noted how she wrote a letter asking Diddy’s bail be denied as she fears for her safety. She also shared another witness, stylist Deonte Nash’s letter to the judge, and other posts to her account

Captioning her videos and receipts, Atkinson wrote:
“Where do we the victims & witnesses go from here? Do you understand how terrifying it is to have the Feds show up at your door? Do you know how terrifying it is to be served with a grand jury subpoena? Do you know how insanely terrifying it is to be contacted by the lawyers of the person at the center of the investigation? Even before the feds schedule a meeting? How powerful is a person that can reach over the government? Dealing with witness tampering in real time is actually INSANE! I stand on everything that I have always said.
Sean Combs assaulted me in 2008 in his New Jersey Estate. This was addressed on the stand by David James. His assault against me has never been denied. I was told by his executives at the time. that I would be blackballed if I told. I should have sued him then. I failed myself. When I found out about the 2009 beating of Cassie my life was threatened. And I was told to keep my mouth shut. I believed that I would be unalived if I told about Cassie’s abuse. I remained silent. I failed Cassie. The video you all saw of him beating her was from 2016. He spent YEARS BEATING HER!
Multiple Executives over the years. That were in the same position as KK. Who helped cover up the crimes over the YEARS, are a huge part of this problem. The music & entertainment business is DIRTY! Abuses of women, money, power & drugs is normalized. Nothing about what happened throughout Sean Combs reign was normal. Nothing that happened to any of us was okay. None of it was warranted. What if Puff was actually a good man? I hope he gets the full 20yrs at the very least! But I’am not holding my breath.
I am not okay. I have not been okay. I do not feel safe. I do not know where to go from here. I stand with Cassie, as I always have. I do not understand the way this case was handled. We have all been put in danger. FOR WHAT? — Jourdan-Cha’Taun”
