The New York Post reports that music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has listed his 10-bedroom, 17,000-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills, California for $61.5 million. The 54-year-old reportedly first bought the home for $39 million in 2014.

According to Realtor.com, the price makes this listing the second highest-priced home for sale in the exclusive Holmby Hills area of Beverly Hills. The listing has also surfaced about six months after Homeland Security agents raided the location. As we previously shared, Homeland Security agents in New York worked with agents and local authorities in Los Angeles and Miami to raid Diddy’s Holmby Hills mansion and waterfront residence in Miami during an ongoing federal criminal investigation into alleged sex and narcotics trafficking.

On March 25, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation. HSI New York received assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and local law enforcement partners to conduct the searches and seizures. Authorities reportedly removed multiple electronics from both homes and opened safes inside. In July, Page Six reported the raids caused “significant property damage” at both locations.

The multiple raids occurred just months after Diddy’s former longtime girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura filed a $30 million lawsuit against him alleging abuse, rape, and trafficking. Cassie’s lawsuit was then followed by at least five other women alleging similar crimes, along with Diddy’s producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones. After news of the federal sex and drug trafficking probe, it was reported that Cassie was “cooperating” with the feds.

Realtor images of Diddy’s Beverly Hills mansion show the property sitting behind bushes and surrounded by a manicured lawn. The listing notes that the property boasts 1.3 acres, and has a cobblestone driveway that leads to the entry, whose foyer has a stunning staircase flooded with light.

The home also has a large living room, a formal dining room, a chef’s kitchen, and a wine cellar. Other luxury amenities include a theater with seats for 35 people, dual baths, large closets in the primary suite, and a two-story guest house with a recording studio.
