Diddy has shared another cryptic message to his Instagram as people continue to wait and see how his sexual assault lawsuits will play out.
On Tuesday, the mogul shared a brief message to his Instagram and the post read “Time Tells Truth” with a caption attached simple saying, “love.”
As we previously shared, on May 11 a federal judge was requested to throw out a lawsuit claiming that Diddy and two others sexually assaulted a 17-year-old girl in a New York recording studio in 2003. The defendant argued that the accusation was false and filed beyond the legal time limit.
This recent legal move is the latest in a series of responses from the 54-year-old hip-hop mogul and his legal team, who have faced several lawsuits and an ongoing criminal sex-trafficking investigation.
“Mr. Combs and his companies categorically deny Plaintiff’s decades-old tale against them, which has caused incalculable damage to their reputations and business standing before any evidence has been presented,” says the filing, which also names Combs-owned corporations as defendants. “Plaintiff cannot allege what day or time of year the alleged incident occurred, but miraculously remembers other salacious details, despite her alleged incapacitated condition.”
The lawsuit, initially filed in December and later amended in March, was brought by a woman who currently resides in Canada. Her identity was not disclosed in the court documents. The woman claimed that in 2003, while she was in 11th grade at a high school in a Detroit suburb, Harve Pierre, then the president of Combs’ Bad Boy Entertainment record label, flew her to New York on a private jet. Upon arrival at a recording studio, she alleged that she was given drugs and alcohol until she was unable to consent to sexual activity. The lawsuit further stated that Pierre, Combs, and an unidentified man took turns raping her.
