Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones who filed a lawsuit against Diddy is claiming he had recordings of the mogul admitting to crimes also pressuring artist to sign record deals, inappropriate sex acts and more, according to a new report by AllHipHop.
The news outlet reports that a sworn affidavit was made to the court and Lil Rod detailed his time working with Diddy. “He shared how he would get things by force,” Lil Rod explained. “This included record deals, signatures on contracts, sex acts from women and men, as well as the women of his enemies. He bragged about departed attorney Johnny Cochran’s savvy legal skills and ability to pay off the witnesses through private investigators and other third parties.”
Jones added: “Mr. Combs bragged about the power he has and the fact that he beat up record executive Steve Stoute’s ‘a**.’ He laughed uncontrollably as he talked about busting him in the head with a bottle of champagne and a chair. On another occasion, Mr. Combs bragged about beating up Gerard Rechnitzer outside of a nightclub in Hollywood. Mr. Combs also informed me that only poor people pay taxes. He shared that it is a common practice in the music industry to wire money from anonymous accounts overseas. This way, if there is ever a need to take care of a problem, it would never be traced back to him. These accounts were in Germany.”
As we previously reported, Rodney Jones claimed he was sexually assaulted by Diddy multiple times and was forced to make unwanted advances by some of his friends. In the shocking court documents obtained by TMZ, it was reported that Diddy would grope Jones’s genitals and touch his anus. Jones goes on to allege Diddy would walk around naked in front of Jones.
More shocking details allege that Diddy forced the former employee to watch an alleged sex tape that involved, Love & Hip Hop Star, Stevie J, and another man. Jones also uploaded a screenshot of the alleged sex tape in the documents, but we later found out that those images were false because the man who was supposed to be Stevie J spoke out and said that was him on the tape and he’s an openly gay porn star.
Diddy’s attorney responded to Lil Rods’s original lawsuit and shut down all of the allegations. “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 billion lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”
“We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”
