The lawsuit states that April Lampos, a Fashion Institute of Technology student at the time, claims Diddy offered to mentor her in the fashion industry. According to TMZ, she alleged that after he showered her with gifts and flowers, they met up in 1995 at a bar in Soho, where he piled her with alcohol and brought her back to his room at the Millennium Hotel. Lampos claims she felt ill and disoriented, describing the sensation as “the walls were closing in on her,” while Diddy allegedly forced himself on her. She says she remained conscious but unable to defend herself as he sexually assaulted her and recalled waking up the following day “nude, sore, and confused.”
Months later, Lampros claimed Diddy resumed contact, offering her access to music industry events. Her attorney described her in the lawsuit as a “hopeful yet naive college student” who decided to give him a second chance, believing that the first incident might have been a mistake. She alleges that while walking to his car in a parking garage on their way to dinner, he forced her to perform oral sex on him, even though a garage attendant witnessed the act.

Following this incident, she said she rejected Diddy’s continued advances, which led to his anger. Lampros alleged he called her multiple times, threatening to blacklist her in the industry and adopting a “mobster persona.” In 1996, she was “ordered” to Diddy’s apartment and introduced to Kim Porter.
Lampros claimed Diddy forced ecstasy down her throat and demanded she had sex with Porter while he watched and masturbated, eventually raping her again. She asserted that she broke off contact with Diddy in 1998 but later encountered Porter at a restaurant where she worked. Lampros alleges Porter falsely accused her of attempting to poison her, resulting in her termination after threats from Diddy to shut down the restaurant.
Diddy and his team have not released a statement regarding this suit or the previous lawsuit filed by former model Crystal McKinney.
