A federal criminal investigation into Diddy is advancing as a new grand jury subpoena surfaces naming the music model and model Daphne Joy. TMZ reports that the new paperwork was issued only a few weeks ago, meaning the FBI probe into Diddy, born Sean Combs, continues.

According to the new site, new court documents have been obtained revealing that federal prosecutors from the Southern District of New York obtained a subpoena requiring a luxury hotel in Miami, Florida to turn over documents and other evidence related to the music mogul.

In the legal documents, TMZ reports that both Diddy and reported ex Daphne Joy have been named in the subpoena, which specifically required the Miami hotel to cough up reservation records involving Diddy, Daphne Joy, and other people associated with the CEO of Bad Boy Entertainment.

Additionally, the subpoena requires details from January 1, 2008 to the present day. Such details include check-in and check-out dates, room numbers, guest preferences, guest requests, and billing information, including room service. Federal prosecutors also requested to know about any specific email and mailing addresses, phone numbers, and all forms of payments, such as cash and credit cards, used for all of Diddy’s hotel stays.

Federal prosecutors also demanded to know about any computer IP addresses and logins used by Diddy and his associates during all stays. Also, copies of identification and vehicle information were requested for all parties, plus surveillance footage at the hotel.

The new grand jury subpoena naming Diddy and Daphne Joy arrives just three months after reports surfaced of a possible federal grand jury indictment. Months before those reports, Homeland Security agents in New York worked with agents and local authorities in Los Angeles and Miami to raid Diddy’s homes during an ongoing federal criminal investigation into alleged sex and narcotics trafficking.

We previously shared back in March that Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation. HSI New York received assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and local law enforcement partners to conduct the searches and seizures.

The multiple raids occurred just months after Diddy’s former longtime girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura filed a $30 million lawsuit against him alleging abuse, rape, and trafficking. Cassie’s lawsuit was then followed by at least five other women alleging similar crimes, along with Diddy’s producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones. After news of the federal sex and drug trafficking probe, it was reported that Cassie was “cooperating” with the feds.
