Diddy Faces New Lawsuit Alleging That He Sexually Assaulted A 10-Year-Old Aspiring Rapper In 2005

Diddy is once again facing another lawsuit — this new allegation claims the mogul sexually assaulted a 10-year-old boy in 2005, according to Variety.

The lawsuit, submitted to the Supreme Court of New York, is the most recent action taken by attorney Tony Buzbee, who revealed earlier this month to initiate 120 additional lawsuits against the entertainment mogul in the near future. The complaint alleges that a plaintiff identified as John Doe, now living in California, is filing a lawsuit regarding an alleged incident of assault that occurred in 2005. At that time, he was a 10-year-old aspiring actor and rapper.

In a bid to support their son’s professional dreams, the boy’s parents hired an attorney who suggested they travel from their residence in Los Angeles to New York to connect with key players in the music world. While on this journey, the consultant organized a meeting between Combs and the young boy for an “audition,” during which Combs requested a private conversation with the boy prior to meeting the family.

The consultant brought the boy to Combs’ hotel room and left them alone together. The boy showcased a few rap songs for Combs, who expressed that he could “make him a star” and inquired about how much the boy desired that opportunity. As stated in the complaint, “plaintiff responded, as might any ten-year-old child, that he would ‘do anything.’”

Another individual present then offered the boy a soda, which he accepted and drank. Soon after, he started to feel “a little funny,” something the plaintiff’s attorney attributes to the drink being potentially laced with drugs “including but not limited to GHB and/or ecstasy.” Following the boy’s consumption of the soda, Combs reportedly instructed him to move closer and pushed him down, saying something along the lines of “you have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes.”

Once forced down, Combs allegedly pulled out his penis and told him to “kiss it.” After refusing, Combs apparently made him perform oral sex, and the boy shortly after lost consciousness. The lawsuit also states that boy’s “pants were undone, and his anus and buttocks hurt badly.” He cried and said he wanted to see his parents, to which Combs told him that if he said anything to anyone, he would do something bad to his parents.

In response to the recent lawsuit, Combs’ representatives issued a statement to Variety refuting the allegations.

“The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number. As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
