Diddy’s lawyer is addressing the mogul’s latest lawsuit again. According to a new report by TMZ, a couple of women who were identified as minors in the shocking lawsuit have come forward and stated that they are adults, according to his attorney.
Shawn Holley spoke with TMZ and said two women have shut down Rodney Jones’ claims in his lawsuit when he mentioned that Diddy was doing sexual acts with underage girls. In the lawsuit, Jones provided photos of Diddy and his son Justin Combs partying with women who were supposedly underage but Diddy’s lawyer says that the women who are in the photos feel “grossly mislabeled.”

Holley also went on to reveal that one of the women in the photo is a 33-year-old woman named Chelsea. She doesn’t want to fully expose her full identity because she wants her family to remain private due to all of the lawsuits that Diddy has been hit with. TMZ also received a photo of Chelsea showing off her grown body with the same outfit that she had on in the photo that Rodney included in his lawsuit. The news outlet blurred her face out in the photo so she can keep her privacy but Chelsea says she was with Diddy that night but she isn’t a minor.
As we previously reported, Rodney Jones claims he was sexually assaulted by Diddy multiple times was forced to do unwanted advances by some of his friends. In the shocking court documents obtained by TMZ, it is being reported that Diddy would grope Jones’s genitals and touch his anus. Jones goes on to allege Diddy would walk around naked in front of Jones. More shocking details allege that Diddy forced the former employee to watch an alleged sex tape that involved, Love & Hip Hop Star, Stevie J, and another man, but Stevie has come out denied those claims. Jones also uploaded a screenshot of the alleged sex tape in the documents which we later found out was not Stevie J it was a gay porn star.
In the lawsuit he also mentioned the City girls rapper, Yung Miami..Jones continued to alleged that Yung Miami’s female cousin attempted to sexually assault him and have sex with him in front of Diddy and his staff members. He also alleged that Diddy brought prostitutes to his home in Miami and claims he was drugged and possibly raped one night. He went on to share an alleged story about how Diddy introduced him to Cuba Gooding Jr. and the actor began “touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones’s legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks and his shoulders.”
Well it didn’t take long for Diddy’s attorney to respond to this shocking new lawsuit. In an exclusive statement given to TMZ, Shawn Holley says “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 billion lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”
“We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”
