A judge has ordered Desiigner to register as a sex offender for his masturbation case. As we previously reported, Desiigner was in Thailand to perform at the Rolling Loud festival and was traveling back on a plane when staff noticed his strange behavior. They claim he exposed himself to a flight attendant. As the plane landed in Minneapolis, he was reportedly met by cops who questioned him.
In an exclusive reported by TMZ, the news outlet received court documents that revealed the judge ordered the “Panda” rapper to register as a sex offender in addition to the other conditions of his two-year probation which includes participating in a psychiatric evaluation and drug testing. He also has to complete 120 hours of community service and is not allowed to own or purchase any firearms.
Desiigner did plead guilty to the charges for whipping out his penis in front of a flight attendant back in April and he also sent out an apology for actions to his fans via instagram. “For the past few months I have not been OK, and I have been struggling to come to terms with what is going on,” Desiigner previously shared on Instagram. “While overseas for a concert I performed at, I had to be admitted in to a hospital, I was not thinking clearly. They gave me meds, and I had to hop on a plane home. I am ashamed of my actions that happened on that plane,” he added. “I landed back to the states, and am admitting my self in a facility to help me. I will be cancelling all shows and any obligations until further notice. Mental health is real guys, please pray for me. If [you’re] not feeling like yourself please get help,” he concluded.
In a message to his fans he also wrote: “I turned 26 and I want to thank y’all for holding me down. I admitted myself into a facility last week to focus on my mental health. He said.”
He went on to tell his fans how he planned to drop some new music, but he can’t promote it the way he would like to. “I planned to release TIMMY TURNER 2 this week as a surprise to my fans. I recorded this jank awhile ago and it reflects on where I been at mentally over the past year.
As my birthday gift to y’all I asked my team to put a song out this Friday. Sorry I can’t promote it the way I like to because I’m off the grid, but I just want to give you some new music while I take time away to become a better me.
