Drake’s dad does not play about him! The OG Dennis Graham, has taken to Instagram to unleash a fiery tirade against his son’s haters and critics. The unexpected outburst seems to be a direct response to Joe Budden’s recent critiques of Drake’s latest album, “For All The Dogs” and the negative conversations that followed behind it.
Dennis Graham’s passionate defense on social media showcases the unwavering support he has for his son, as he addresses the negativity surrounding Drake and his music. With an unapologetic tone, he confronts those who have doubted and criticized him, making it clear that he will not tolerate any disrespect towards his family.
To keep you up to speed, on Monday (Oct. 9), Drake shared a new post on Instagram, which included moments from his It’s All a Blur Tour. He captioned which also seemingly included a subliminal shot aimed at podcaster Joe Budden: “I thank god for this life and not having to come to rushed conclusions on Best Buy podcast mics.”
Drake’s dad chimed in under the post and commented,
“It’s a f**king shame that a young artist can’t do his own thing and enjoy his glory without an old hater mother**ker trying to bust his bubble because he has nothing going on,” Graham began in the lengthy comment.
He continued, “And to mention or put a limit on what age anyone should be dealing with which is none of his goddamn business as long as they’re of legal age, I am sick of these old f**king haters f**king with my son, if you don’t like what he does keep it moving mother**ker, he’s not bothering you.”

So What The Heck Did Joe Budden Say?
As we previously reported, Budden expressed that he was ultimately disappointed by Drizzy’s new project but he said that in the most Joe Budden way.
He said, “I miss the Drake that was rapping for the rappers. I miss the Drake that when he dropped, the rappers hit him. Not you and these kids, I don’t give a f*ck about you and Kai Cenat. This is gonna sound like hate… go find some n*ggas your f*cking age. Hang out with them, get some of that sauce.”
In response, Drake clapped all the way back. He said, You have failed at music. You left it behind to do what you are doing in this clip cause this is what actually pays your bills. For any artist watching this just remember you are watching a failure give their opinion on his idea of a recipe for success…a quitter give their opinion on how to achieve longevity…you switched careers cause the things that pop into your brain had you broke living cheque to cheque and the raps you write had 450 men showing up to your shows in dusty Enyce jeans to screw up their face to Mood Muzik 29 and pretend you are the goat…pls to any artist that’s doing what they feel is right don’t let these opinions affect your mindset after the fact…”
Drizzy continued, “This guy is the poster child of frustration and surrendering. You retired and we never hung up your jersey we don’t even remember your number. We know you for doing this…you withdrew from rap not cause you accomplished all you need to it’s cause it wasn’t working for you. I never want anybody in the generations to think that the whole “everybody’s entitled to their opinion” is a real thing…this is a man projecting his own self hate and the fact I did and continue to do everything he wanted to do for himself. If you need it put in simpler terms I own a 767…he owns a modest house in the 973 and flies first class on special occasions.”
In a follow-up response, Budden responded to Drake saying, “You’ll grow up sooner or later… Father time is undefeated.”
