Demi Lovato Identifies As ‘Pansexual’ & Says She’s ‘Too Gay To Marry A Man Right Now’
Demi Lovato has been opening up a lot lately about her personal life, and during two of her most recent interviews, she reveals that she identifies as “pansexual,” and that she’s “too gay to marry a man right now.” During an interview on ‘The Joe Rogan Experience,’ the singer-songwriter and actor talks about her sexuality and if she wants kids with a man or not.
She explains, “In this moment I want to adopt [children] for sure. I also don’t know if I’m going to end up with a guy, so I can’t really see myself even getting pregnant. I don’t know. I’m so fluid now, and a part of the reason why I am so fluid is because I was super closeted off.” When asked if she meant fluid as in “pansexual,” she confirms, “Yeah, pansexual. [I like] anything, really.” She adds, “I’m part of the alphabet mafia and proud. Why can’t we just say queer, y’all? Nah, I’m just kidding.”
In another interview with Entertainment Weekly, Lovato recalls her past relationship with ex-fiancé Max Ehrich, claiming that she was “just too queer” to settle down with a man, then and to this day. She explains, “Regardless if drama is happening or not, I am too gay to marry a man right now. I don’t know if that will change in 10 years and I don’t know if that’ll never change, but I love accepting myself.” She adds, “I’ve always known I was hella queer, but I have fully embraced it.” #Socialites, thoughts?
