DDG and Halle Bailey are on a path of healing, all for the sake of their baby boy, Halo.

After months of legal back-and-forth and social media drama, the former couple has decided to put their differences aside ‘cause they both agreed to drop their domestic violence order requests against one another.

According to new court docs obtained by TMZ, the two reached a stipulation that was signed off by a judge, laying out a temporary custody plan for their 1-year-old son. The agreement wipes the slate clean for now on their DVRO requests, though each parent still reserves the right to bring those claims back if anything goes left in the future. It’s a move that screams growth.

When it comes to custody, the YouTube rapper and the Little Mermaid star have agreed that DDG will get Halo on Wednesdays and certain weekends plus, they’ve already mapped out a holiday schedule. First up: Halloween. Sounds like little Halo’s about to double up on candy bags with trick-or-treat time split between both parents.

It’s a big step for the exes, who went from being all over each other’s timelines and red carpets to battling it out through lawyers. Now, the focus is on co-parenting and keeping things peaceful.

As per the outlet, another key term in their agreement? No public shade. Both DDG and Halle are both still barred from speaking negatively about one another or posting Halo on social media. It’s a well needed boundary that will ultimately help keep things calm behind the scenes.

Seems like this has already has a great affect on the both of them. Just recently, Halle took to social media to express her feelings of gratitude and joy, sharing her life and blessings with fans.

She said,

“I’m so happy rn in my life I could cry. i am living in everything ive ever prayed for. God is so good to me. I am so thankful.”

Meanwhile, fans are pleased that both sides have reached common ground and made peace, hoping their reconciliation lasts.
