Rhonda Stubbins White, known for her star-making role on ‘Days of Our Lives’, has passed away at the age of 60 after battling ovarian cancer.
The news was confirmed by her friend and producer Todd Baker who announced White’s passing on her Facebook page. It reads, “To the friends of Rhonda: It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my dear friend Rhonda Stubbins White. She was an amazingly talented woman, full of positivity and energy, and grounded by her faith. We were all fortunate to have known her and shared her short time on this earth.”
White’s career started in 1992 after landing an appearance in the NBC show “Here and Now.” She also appeared in “ER”, “NYPD Blue”, “West Wing” and “Crossing Jordan.” However, the veteran actress is famously known for her role in the soap opera classic “Days Of Our Lives” where she played Lady Vi. Her most recent role is Agnes, a cult leader, on Tyler Perry’s BET show “Ruthless.”

She is survived by her siblings and partner, Cedric Starling.
