The latest update in David Adefeso’s case against his ex-girlfriend Tamara Braxton reveals that it has been dismissed.

As it was previously reported, David filed for a domestic violence restraining order against Tamar back in September. After David claimed Tamar attacked him while he was driving his car and threatened to have him killed, a judge granted him one temporarily. Tamar denied the allegations the following month on “The Tamron Hall Show.”

TMZ reports that neither Tamar nor the
David appeared for their court hearing on the matter Tuesday, so the judge dismissed the case and dissolved the restraining order.

As of right now, it unclear why they were a no-show as neither of of them have publicly spoken out on this. In the meantime, catch Tamar talking about her rocky relationship with David, her experience being on reality tv, and her suicide attempt.
