Big Lex already had a hard time fighting off Joseline Hernandez during their big showdown back in June but it looks like she’s going to have an even more difficult battle with her assault case.

According to Radar Online, Lex has reportedly been dropped by her lawyer after the two failed to see eye to eye on things. Per documents obtained by the news site, attorney Brian Andino has asked the court for permission to withdraw as Big Lex’s rep. As previously reported, on June 11, 2023, while backstage at the Floyd Mayweather v. John Gotti III fight, Joseline was filmed brutally beating up her former Zeus co-star Big Lex. Andino was representing Big Lex as the “victim” in Joseline’s pending criminal case.

Big Lex’s attorney claimed “irreconcilable differences have arisen between the victim, [Big Lex], and” her counsel, Radar Online reports. The attorney did not share any further details on why he wanted out. The judge has yet to approve his request to withdraw.

More On What Happened

Joseline Hernandez, 36, was arrested in June after facing two counts of battery, one count of resisting arrest with violence, and trespassing after warning, following the broke backstage at the South Florida sports arena.

According to a probable cause affidavit, the woman told police she was casually sitting when Hernandez allegedly threw a cardboard box at her head and began punching her in the face. Hernandez then allegedly kicked Big Lex in the stomach after she fell to the ground, the Sun-Sentinel reported. According to TMZ, Hernandez didn’t stop her attack on Lex but appeared to even strike random people.

At some point, police got involved but that didn’t stop her rampage. The video also shows officers escorting Hernandez out of the arena, but she can be heard yelling,
“Tell your Black mama I said it, you b****!” Hernandez is heard shouting at a Black police officer who was among those to carry her out of the building. “How dare you! How dare you treat me like that in front of these white c******s.”

Following her arrest, she was hit with more charges in August: two felony counts of battery on a law enforcement officer. According to court records from the Broward Clerk of Courts, Hernandez has since agreed to enter a standard pre-trial release program.
