DaBaby Sued Over Alleged Beverly Hills Beating

Rapper DaBaby can’t catch a break!

As we reported, last year the rapper got into an altercation with a guy at a Los Angeles hotel. Cristofher Pocasangre filed a lawsuit against DaBaby claiming his on camera confrontation from December 2019 equals to assault, battery, infliction of emotional distress and a numerous of other actions.

According to TMZ, the documents state that Pocasangre says he was working at the Marriott hotel when he heard that the rapper was close by. He then walked up to him and asked for a pic. Despite DaBaby saying no, he still snapped the picture.

However, Pocasangre claims he deleted the image right away, but the rapper still followed him and physically assaulted him. The shocking footage shows DaBaby above the guy against a wall and then into a chair.

The rapper later took to Instagram to clarify what happened, and claimed that he was trying to protect his daughter as she was with him at the time and did not want her identity released. He also claims that the photo was not deleted.

Pocasangre is suing for unspecified damages from the rapper and his company.
