DaBaby Allegedly Assaulted & Threatened Driver In Vegas
It looks like DaBaby may have another assault case on his hands after he allegedly assaulted and threatened a driver in Vegas back in November 2019. Now, he’s facing an active arrest warrant for misdemeanor battery.
Authorities tell TMZ, about 6 months back the rapper and his friends got into a Mercedes Sprinter van, and after a few stops, they decided to smoke some marijuana; but the driver wasn’t having it and told them to put it out.

After the rapper and his friends went back and forth, allegedly cursing and threatening the driver in a heated argument, they finally made it to the Hard Rock Hotel, where the driver requested Baby fulfill his invoice and get out. At that point, the driver alleges that the rapper punched him in the back of the head and said, “You ain’t the boss.” Reportedly, one of the suspects yelled out to the driver, “You’re lucky you’re not in my city because I would have killed you cracker motherf***er,” as another shouted that they “would have left him dead on the road.”
