Cuba Gooding Jr. Denies Groping Woman At NYC Club But Will Surrender To Police

Cuba Gooding Jr. was recently accused of grabbing a woman’s breast Sunday night at Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge in Manhattan. However, the actor is now saying those claims are untrue. He says he was there partying with friends and posed for pics with fans, but never touched a woman inappropriately, not even by accident.

Now, videos showed Cuba who appeared to be drunk while singing and turning up with his friends. A partygoer even said he was friendly and mingling with everyone and did not witness the incident. Although the actor is confident that he never groped a woman, Cuba will be turning himself into NYPD on Thursday and will be arrested for allegedly groping a woman, TMZ reports.

Sources connected to Cuba tell the news site that he expects to be booked for a misdemeanor charge of forcible touching. But, he doesn’t expect to be there for long as he’s confident that there’s surveillance video that will show he’s innocent.
